It reflects famous Ukrainian hospitality, generosity and exceptional service that surely will be provided to our customers by us as a Ukrainian-owned company. We partner with residential landlords, leasing their properties and re-renting them for short-term stays with explicit permission. Our commitment ensures guaranteed income for the owner of the property, free property management, and eliminates concerns about tenant defaults or the inability to evict.

Our entire cleaning staff, visiting 2-3 times a week, is hired directly, we don't outsource our cleaning to another company. This enables us to have the most quality control over our cleaning standards and maintain professional level cleanliness after each stay. Quarterly deep cleaning ensures your property stays in A+ condition!

● Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit monitoring 24/7.
● Noise Detector devices installed inside each unit which sends an alert to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level.
● Smart Locks installed on each door, a new code is generated for each guest and codes are deleted upon checkout

  • What if there are any issues with your business?

    Rent will always be paid on time, no matter the circumstances within my business. Our company has strict obligations and limits, ensuring that your rental income remains consistent, regardless of any internal business issues

    We insure the property with liability insurance along with an additional $1 million short-term rental platform coverage. Unlike traditional tenants, our coverage offers an extra layer of protection for your property

  • Won't there be more wear and tear with short-term rentals?

    Our clients typically leave the property in better condition as they stay for shorter periods. Additionally, our professional cleaning team ensures that the property is well-maintained. With our property occupancy rate never at 100%, the property experiences less wear and tear compared to traditional long-term tenants

  • How do you manage property access to ensure security?

    We utilize smart locks, allowing us to access and control the property from anywhere. This approach ensures that the keys are never lost and increases overall security

  • Why should I consider your services insteadof managing on my own?

    While it is possible, consider the significant time and effort involved in managing every aspect. With our services, you can relax and collect your monthly rent without the hassle of managing the day-to-day operations

  • How do you prevent parties at the property?

    We carefully screen each guest and enforce strict policies to prevent parties. Security cameras and noise detectors are also installed for added security measures. In case of any disturbances, we promptly involve the authorities and evict the guests immediately.

  • Why don’t you invest in your properties?

    While we are considering investments, we currently offer this model to other landlords as a mutually beneficial arrangement. By maximizing the potential of existing properties, we aim to create a win-win situation for both parties without unnecessary market competition
